Aldridge Model Boat Club is based at Aldridge Sailing Club Barns Lane / Stubbers Green Rd, Walsall WS9 8BQ and is affiliated to Aldridge Sailing Club (http://aldridgesc.org.uk)

Facilities include Lounge, Bar(limited open times ), Galley, Toilets including disabled facility and Storage free ample parking spaces, enabling disabled members to park reasonably close to the pool

The club meets every Sunday morning from approx. 9-30am to free sail and undertake non statutory competitions (see events calendar).

Members also meet Wednesday Afternoons from approx. 1-30.Provided 2 members are in attendance members may sail at other times.

Any potential new members are welcome to come along Sunday mornings or Wednesday afternoon to view our facilities and meet members

2024 / 2025 Joining Fees as Below

  Fees of AMBC members transferred to Aldridge Sailing Club

Adults 45* per annum 

Non model boat sailing members  £30 as social member of Sailing Club 

Any new AMBC member joining during the year April1st 2024-March 31st 2025 will pay a pro rata payment dependant on months remaining 


1st April 2024- 31st March 2025

All Members £5 per annum  (includes free tea/coffee)  

** Now available boat storage £8.00 for 1 boat and/or £12.00 for 2and/or £16 for 3 per year or part thereof**

Note Membership fee includes your Public Liability Insurance

TOTAL ANNUAL FEE*  £45.00 + £5 

Total Fee From July 1st  2024    £38.75

 *​The above annual fee consists of £45 paid to Aldridge Sailing Club and £5  going to our  Model Boat Club.

   We now have a model railway at The Swag for members to run gauge       0 or SM32 locos and rolling stock.  Come and run your own kit.
